The fitness department is a modern gym, and we offer personal coaching, spinning, aerobics, and other training classes. Find inspiration for total wellbeing for body and mind.
Aerobics and spinning Our guests can enjoy first class exercise facilities. We have both aerobics and spinning rooms, where we offer a wide variety of different group activities. You may book participation in classes at different levels in combination with power training in the gym.
Health studio Our fitness center is filled with condition and training apparatuses, treadmills, bicycles, elipse, rowing machines, weights and other strength apparatuses.
We offer you guidance and help by qualified coaches.
Personal coach A personal coach give you a tailored training program to give you maximum motivation and effect. Your personal coach is your training partner, who follows you through the training session to ensure that you get the most out of your training, and to help you achieving your goals. Focus on learning and top motivation is guaranteed. The coach has certified knowledge of training techniques, diets, and measurable results.
