If you have booked SPA treatments you need to meet 15 minutes in advance in the SPA reception. It is an advantage to swim and use the climate zone prior to the treatment to get the maximum out of the SPA products. We wish to create a calm and pleasant atmosphere for all, and hence we ask you to turn off your cellphone, lower your shoulders and just enjoy the moment.
In our treatments, we utilize Kerstin Florians SPA products, which is a series of wonderful natural products which ensure proper treatment for body and face. The product line is exclusively based on natural ingredients, such as spirulina algae, hungarian clay, aroma therapy and thermal water.
You may still use the SPA department even though you have not booked any SPA treatments. Our day package in the SPA includes a bathrobe, slippers and you may also enjoy our fruit buffet. Access to the climate zone is nok. 350,- For our hotel guests we offer SPA day package for nok. 100,-

Some good advice:
- Please inform us in advance if you are pregnant or on special medication.
- We recommend a shower if you have booked a body treatment or if you are using the pool or jacuzzi area. Remember bathing suit if you are entering the climate zone.
- We have both male and female therapists. Please inform us when booking, if you have special preferences regarding gender. Masages are not recommended when:
- Pregnancy (we have “soon to be mummy treatments”)
- Strong colds
- Fever
- Swelling

Cancellations of SPA treatments
Cancellations of SPA treatments must the latest be done 24 hours in advance.Otherwise you will be charged the full cost. If you happen to be late for an appointment, this will have direct impact on the duration of the remainder of your treatment, so other guests are not delayed. In case of illness please bring a doctor’ notice.
